Cross country conditioning scheduled for Wednesday, June 9th is canceled.  We will meet on Thursday 6/10 at the ARHS track from 7am-8:30am.

Summer conditioning for the 2026 season will begin on Monday, June 8th.  In general, we will meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week (with some exceptions) from 7:00am - 8:30am.  We will meet at the ARHS Track on Mondays and Thursdays, and on Wednesdays we will meet in the front parking lot of Newington Elementary School.  Please have proper running gear and a filled water bottle.  We do not have access to a bathroom when we are at Newington, so make sure you use the restroom before you arrive.

***We will NOT practice during the week of 7/29 through 8/4.  This is the SCHSL closed/"Dead Week."  We will resume conditioning on Monday July 6th.

All athlethes MUST have all physical forms in the Arbiter and must be cleared BEFORE participating in any conditioning or practices.  Athletes that show up to practice will not be allowed to participate until cleared.
